Quiet wandering thoughts, relieve stress, and commence the practice of meditation beneficial for mind, body and spirit. In this signature class for all levels, you will be given the tools to cultivate this stillness and bring it into your daily life. Whether you are brand new to meditating or interested in deepening your practice, this class is for you. 

Sound Bath

60 MINUTES - SOUND BATH

Our sonic meditations are designed to target the energy centers within your body in order to promote healing at a cellular level. Get comfy, immerse yourself in sound, and see what happens when you allow the music to move through you!

Cushions and blankets will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything that would make you more comfortable, ie: socks, eye masks, etc.

* Please arrive at least 10 mins early to settle in and claim a cushion - Sound Bath starts promptly at 6:30 *

Guided Into Stillness

30 MINUTES - GUIDED INTO STILLNESS

In this signature class for all levels, you will be led out of the ceaseless chatter of inner thoughts and toward the present moment with this trained Still Instructor-led meditation session. With a little guidance on the fundamentals we think you will be amazed at how just 30 minutes can transform the quality of your day. 

Yoga Nidra

45 MINUTES - YOGA NIDRA

Simply described as “effortless relaxation”, Yoga Nidra brings about an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. From a lying-down position, Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. We will move through Alpha, Beta, and Delta brainwave states to achieve the ultimate relaxation for both the body and mind.

30 MINUTES - FALL RENEWAL DISCUSSION GROUP

In this weekly class series we will examine and discuss re-thinking how we see the world and our place in it.  We will end class with a short relaxing sound bath and guided relaxation meditation.

 

75 MINUTES - YOUNG ADULT DISCUSSION GROUP ($5 drop-in)

A weekly discourse for young adults interested in exploring themes of spirituality and incorporating presence practices into their modern lives. All classes will incorporate a 10-15 minute meditation. 

Yoga & Meditation

90 MINUTES - YOGA & MEDITATION

One of the obstacles to a calm mind is feeling too restless. This practice is perfect for those of you with a habit of worrying, anxiety, and overthinking. Get out of your head, into your heart and become a vibrational match to your goals and desires for the week. Yoga was invented to prepare the mind, body, and spirit to sit, which is why we will start with a detoxing and energizing 30-minute Yoga practice, followed by a 30-minute meditation. Meditation varies between a Breathwork Meditation and Yoga Nidra. 

Yin Yoga & Meditation

1 hour - YIN YOGA & MEDITATION

This class is for all levels of meditators. Deep held stretches and passive floor poses target the fascia and create a more mobile and flexible body, working the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, the lower spine, and other areas rich in connective tissue. We will also meditate in between poses, leaving you deeply relaxed and ready for the day ahead. This class is good for students with chronic pain and/or athletes.

30 MINUTES - PERSONAL POWER

A deeply relaxing way to train the mind for empowering thought and manifestation through hypnotherapy. 

 

30 MINUTES - ABUNDANCE MEDITATION

Gratitude is a gracious acknowledgement for everything that we are experiencing; “good” and “bad”, “large” and “small”. Studies have shown gratitude practices lead to better sleep, reduces aggression and improves overall psychological well-being. In this class we will be safely guided by our hypnotherapist into a deeply relaxed state in which we will learn to harness personal abundance and grow the seed of gratitude within.  

Spirit Medicine

60 MINUTES - SPIRIT MEDICINE: AYURVEDA & PRANAYAMA

Pranayamas are yogic breathing exercises that have the ability to quickly increase our energy, release stress and improve our mental clarity, and physical health. Controlling your breath elicits a natural relaxation response and helps balance the mind and body. In this integrative and interactive themed class, we will learn, practice, and heal from the most tried and true breathing techniques derived from traditional Indian medicine. 

Aromatherapy Meditation

Lay Low & Glow

Join us after a stressful day at work for 30 minutes of restorative yoga poses + aromatherapy designed to calm your nervous system, promote better sleep, and reduce stress. This will be followed by a 15-minute guided meditation and deep relaxation with essential oils and relaxing music. A treat for the senses! You'll leave floating on cloud 9.
