Yoga & Meditation


One of the obstacles to a calm mind is feeling too restless. This practice is perfect for those of you with a habit of worrying, anxiety, and overthinking. Get out of your head, into your heart and become a vibrational match to your goals and desires for the week. Yoga was invented to prepare the mind, body, and spirit to sit, which is why we will start with a detoxing and energizing 30-minute Yoga practice, followed by a 30-minute meditation. Meditation varies between a Breathwork Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
