Using mindfulness to create a population of empowered, grounded & joyful youth

Here at still, we feel strongly about empowering children and teens to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation to deal with the growing stressors of modern life. Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to help kids and teens in a variety of ways, including:

  • Increased cognitive abilities such as focus, working memory & information retention

  • Enhanced creativity

  • Increased emotional resilience & self-esteem

  • Improved sleep quality

  • Decreased levels of reported depression, anxiety & somatic disease

Mindfulness Mentorship sessions are personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Kerry Wischusen, certified youth Mindfulness Educator. Sessions will merge discussion of mindfulness in the context of the individual’s life with simple guided meditation techniques. Clients will receive recorded meditations and mindfulness challenges to practice on their own in between sessions.

Introductory session: 60 minutes (includes 15-minutes with child and parent) || $100

Subsequent sessions: 45 minutes || $85
