We live in a fast-paced world, but balance and stillness can be found through the practice of Yin and Yoga Nidra!
Join us for a special guest teaching experience with international yogi Kelly Lawson, as she leads us through a Yin and Yoga Nidra class that will leave you feeling nourished, relaxed, and free of tension.
The tradition of Yin Yoga is an inward, grounding, practice where postures are held longer to access the deeper tissues of the body. After the body is nourished, we will calm the mind through a Yoga Nidra meditation done entirely from a laying down Savasana position.
Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious relaxation. One learns how to put the body into sleep while the mind remains fully awake. The brain wave drops into the theta state where deep levels of healing takes place on the emotional, mental, and physical planes.

About Kelly Lawson:
Kelly found peace and balance through yoga, on and off the mat, while working a stressful career in the corporate world of New York City. She soon discovered her passion for helping others achieve the same sense of balance and connection she had found, and enrolled in Pure Yoga's Teacher Training in 2014 in Manhattan.
Since then she has continued her training in Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurveda. Kelly moved to Stockholm in October 2015 and has been studying and teaching the joyful practice of yoga throughout Sweden and internationally. For Kelly, yoga is holistic, compassionate, and inclusive of all students' various levels and backgrounds. Kelly's classes encourage intelligent movement, self-expression, and a joyful connection between mind, body, and soul.
